Counter the stresses of daily life by focusing on ease and relaxation. Postures will be taken using props to help student stay in them comfortably. Revitalize by opening the body, releasing mental tension, removing deep seated fatigue and bringing a sense vitality and vibrancy to the body-mind. Beginners welcome.


Gentle Level 1

Take time to stretch, stabilize and balance. Basic postures are taken to restore and invigorate the body and mind. This class is designed for beginners and those who require foundational work with support. 


Yoga for Healthy Aging

For mature, active adults who want to work on foundation and alignment for balance, flexibility and strength. Build stamina and support your joints through slow movement. A practice to help you age gracefully and deal with common health issues and stress. Beginners welcome.


Beginners & Beyond

A class for new students and practitioners who would like to develop a solid base, mixed level practitioners of other methods and experienced Iyengar yoga practitioners who would like to strengthen their foundation.


Level 1-2

Basics and beyond. This is a mixed level course for new students who are ready to dive in, practitioners of other methods and experienced Iyengar yoga practitioners who would like to strengthen their foundation.


Level 1, 2, 3 & Recuperation

An all-access class with variations for practitioners to work at their level and go deeper. The last segment of the class will focus on recuperative closings to settle the body and mind.

Level 3-4

A 2-hour practice and laboratory for depth, finesse and refinements. Access more advanced postures (inversions, balancings, intermediate forward bends and backbends) and various pranayamic (breathwork) practices. For experienced Iyengar yoga practitioners.


Sutra Study

Explore the relationship between the practice and the ‘big questions’ about yoga, spirituality and the human condition. Philosophy text: The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. 


Deep Recuperation & Breath Work

Relax deeply and remove stress and fatigue through supported postures taken using props to help the student stay in them comfortably. Cultivate calm, ease and clarity by opening the body and releasing psychological tension. Pranayama (breath work) is the practice of controlling or conditioning the breath. It is a centering, inward practice that goes into the meditative sphere. Pranayama consists of techniques designed to gain awareness of the respiratory process while recognizing the connection between the breath, the mind and emotions. It is also the bridge between postures and meditation. All levels welcome.


Virtual Chai Lounge

Continuing our in studio, post-practice ritual of sharing a cup of chai and conversation, join us for this virtual experience of coming together. We invite friends and newcomers from near and far for this informal gathering. We'll start the session with a weekly reading from BKS Iyengar's book, Light on Life.
